1. Introduction
Welcome to Inbox Narrator! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the Inbox Narrator service ("Service"). 2. Eligibility
Our Service is available to users internationally in countries where Stripe supports payments. There are no age restrictions for using the Service. However, if you are under the age of 18, please ensure that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
3. Subscription and Payments
Our Service is subscription-based, and you will be charged a monthly fee mentioned during the subscription process, via Stripe. By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fee. Your subscription will be automatically renewed each month unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Account and Data Privacy
To use our Service, you will need to connect your Gmail account. We will only share your data with OpenAI to build the email summaries and as required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your data for any other purpose. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.
5. Content Restrictions and Filtering
Inbox Narrator may use OpenAI's GPT technology to filter out explicit, sensitive, or illegal content from your email summaries. While we strive to maintain a high level of accuracy in detecting and filtering such content, we cannot guarantee that our filtering system will catch all instances of such content.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inbox Narrator concerning your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and Inbox Narrator.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Inbox Narrator's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the Service, at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time and without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, or any part thereof.
